Looking for a super deal? You’ve come to the right place! In our Clearance section, Oak For Less Furniture® in Mesa, Arizona, offers floor models that are still first quality but need to find a good home because we'd like to use their space for incoming new products. Because we take great care of our floor stock, we do not have a 'Scratch & Dent' section. This way we both win - you get a fantastic deal and we get room for new items!
Some items may be made here in the USA while others may be imported from one of our select import manufacturers. Sometimes we also offer items made by one of our Indiana Amish builders via our Amish Furniture Creations™ brand. If you're looking for something special at an extra special price, this is the section for you!
Items sold as Clearance items are always sold "as is", no warranty.
All sales are final - no returns or exchanges on Clearance items.
Photos may be of the actual items or they may be a catalog picture - but it will say in the description of each item which picture it is. Colors can vary slightly due to screen differences of each device. Not all Clearance items are shown online. Special items may sell quickly and the website will be updated later, so please call our store at 480-962-9930 to make sure the item is still available.
Clearance items are available for In-Store Pick Up at 1660 S. Alma School Rd. #100, Mesa, Arizona.
If you need delivery, please contact our store at 480-962-9930 to ask about the ship time. Average ship times can be 5 - 10 weeks but it can vary. Please understand the shipping time is our best estimate based on the shipper. When your order is ready for Delivery, you will receive a call from the shipper to schedule it.
